At Pencils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your writing experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused pencils in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from lead breakage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
